Employees
We believe that an excellent business requires a motivated and committed team. We will therefore:

- Develop our people to ensure they are fully equipped to carry out their tasks and embrace our business ethics and culture
- Promote continuing personal and professional development
- Develop and maintain equitable benefits and reward systems
Community
We believe that businesses should be responsible citizens within the community. We will therefore:
- Operate our business with consideration to others
- Consult with our neighbours as and when appropriate
- Make a positive contribution to the local community
- Support appropriate local charities
Suppliers
We rely on certain key organisations to support us in operating our business. We will therefore:
- Communicate our core values and principles to our key suppliers
- Monitor their performance (and ours) openly, and discuss issues with them on a timely basis
- Pay suppliers fairly, and promptly
- Value sustainable trading relationships
Environment
We understand that every business causes an impact on the natural environment. We will therefore respect the environment by understanding the consequences of our actions and seek to reduce negative impacts wherever possible and improve positive impacts. In working towards achieving these aims we will set out our action plans to ensure our efforts are focused on these key business areas. We will also continually review our plans.
The Board shall review this policy annually to ensure its continued effectiveness and shall ensure that all staff understand and fully implement our Company's policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme. |
