MRO Sales

Our MRO Sales team utilises a highly efficient quotation system based on real time stock management. Stock can be supplied from any of the MRC Transmark locations and quotations are usually returned within one working day.

For valves not held in stock we use a highly developed global sourcing directory, often giving immediate ex stock availability from anywhere in the world.

Our MRO sales team can also offer or advise on innovative cost reduction solutions to supply chain management. These solutions are already used by our major end users in the realisation of significant reductions in administration and stocking costs.

Typically we offer

• Electronic ring fencing: A process, which guarantees stock availability for projects or turnarounds, but also, negates surplus stocks.
• Summary or self-billing: Designed to reduce tiresome invoice checking and clearing from a daily to a monthly activity or to remove the need for formal invoicing completely.
• Suppressed certification: Documentation and certification are necessary to comply with legislation. However we offer total secure electronic archiving system where we hold all certification on our client’s behalf designed to deliver an electronic copy to our their desk within 1 hour of the request being made.
