Global supply network built on local service
The end of last October saw the conclusion of a major deal in the flow control sector: McJunkin Red Man Corporation’s acquisition of MRC Transmark (the former Transmark Fcx). The deal has created a group with an unparalleled client base, a massive inventory and a truly global footprint. In dollar terms, combined revenues from valve sales alone are approximately USD 1 billion. In an exclusive interview, MRC Transmark’s CEO Mr Neil Wagstaff explains why the acquisition is good news for all stakeholders.
